Last updated 18 October 2026. How we collect, use and protect personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
NoCodeNest Ltd (“NoCodeNest”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of personal data collected through https://nocodenest.com. Contact us about privacy at dev@nocodenest.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry data — name, email, company, project details, budget and timeline you submit through our forms.
- Newsletter data — your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Booking data — details you provide to our scheduling provider when you book a call.
- Usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type.
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals — legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract.
- To deliver services under a contract with you — contract.
- To send our newsletter — consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- To understand and improve our website — consent (analytics cookies).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We use carefully selected processors to run our business. Depending on your interaction, these may include:
- Hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Form and workflow automation: n8n / Make (as configured)
- Business email and CRM: our email and customer-relationship providers, used only to manage your enquiry or project
- Scheduling: Cal.com or Calendly
- Analytics (only with consent): Plausible, Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity
We never sell your data. Where processors are outside the UK, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 24 months. Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for legal and tax purposes. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email dev@nocodenest.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary storage items (for example, to remember your cookie choice, theme preference and whether you’ve seen our intro animation). These don’t require consent.
With your consent we may load analytics tools (Plausible, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used. They are never loaded before you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time. The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by a third party and only loads when you click to open it.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
